About me
I’m an award-winning senior marketing leader and digital growth consultant with over 20 years’ experience in digital marketing, business development, key account management and strategic partnerships.I specialise in driving digital performance, ecommerce growth and revenue through data-led strategies that improve customer acquisition, conversion rate optimisation, retention and customer lifetime value.I work closely with founders and senior leadership teams, providing strategic direction and hands-on delivery to support sustainable business growth.I began my career in London during the early development of the internet industry, working alongside industry pioneers and building a strong foundation in digital marketing, commercial strategy and creative thinking. This included developing and launching the UK pilot for one of Europe’s first digital entertainment experiences online — an early interactive fiction concept endorsed by Sir Clive Sinclair. I went on to work with leading UK and international brands, including six years with Orange Group in London as Group Head of International Product Management and Head of Key Accounts & Innovation, developing expertise across digital marketing, business development, innovation and strategic partnerships.Since relocating to the beautiful Scottish Highlands with my family over a decade ago, I have built extensive experience delivering strong commercial results for brands and organisations across Scotland in food and drink, tourism, hospitality and education. This includes working with leading brands and organisations such as North Coast 500, Macdonald Aviemore Resort, Gordonstoun and Dunnet Bay Distillers, creators of the award-winning Rock Rose Gin.In particular, I have supported founders Martin and Claire Murray for over seven years on Dunnet Bay Distillers’ digital growth, including Rock Rose Gin, Holy Grass Vodka and Mapmaker’s Rum, and more recently, their new Stannergill Whisky distillery. This included leading the digital marketing strategy and coordinating PR activation with Spey for the successful Stannergill crowdfunding campaign.Qualifications & Awards
